I expertise in PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and autism intervention has equipped to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Currently, She serves as the Director at Step Ahead Inclusive, where I oversees therapeutic interventions for children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. My focus is on creating an inclusive environment that fosters social interaction, speech development, and appropriate behavior.
